5) Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address, items, or cancel it. Email support@jzshope.comas soon as possible with your order number.

6) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes—returns are accepted within the eligible window if items are unused and in original condition. Email support@jzshope.com for a return authorization and instructions.
